Hello,

I have to log in every single time I want to scan something.  It turns a 1 minute job into a 20 + minute job which isn't workable.  How can I stop this from happening?  The login doesn't even work correctly so I need to attempt login5+ times to get it to log in.

The 9135e must be connected to the internet.  You can use Wi-Fi direct to print directly to the printer but the printer needs to have an internet connection.  I suspect it is trying to make a connection when you try to scan.

 

Is this a new printer or did you replace the modem / router with a new one?
