"No computer found" generally indicates that you are trying to scan from the printer to the computer and that the full driver printer software is either not installed -- or is installed, and has stopped working.

 

If Scanning from printer to computer,

The general solution:

  • Uninstall the full driver printer software - where it resides depends on your Operating System / version
  • Restart everything, including the router that controls your network
  • Check that all the printer software is indeed removed
  • Download / Save the appropriate full driver printer software installation package
  • Navigate to the folder in which your downloads are saved
  • Start the installation - "how" depends on the Operating System and rules concerning "how to install" apps and software
  • After the software is installed, Restart the computer and log in

  • The printer model

For example, your printer might be one of:

HP OfficeJet 4650 All-in-One Printer series 

OR

HP Color LaserJet 4650 Printer series 

 

Continuing ... "depends on"...

  • The Operating System / version (not provided)
  • Whether you are indeed trying to scan from the printer control panel -- or whether you are trying to scan using printer software or an application
  • Whether the full driver printer software is installed
  • Whether the printer is connected to the network -- and how the printer is connected
  • What you have already tried to fix the issue
