hp scanjet 200 output document has Vertical white stripes on the page

HP Scanjet 200 Windows 10 64 bit
Please help, the lines shown in the image appear when scanning.
I have tried everything from uninstalling the drivers of all printers and the scanner in question,
replacing the drivers provided on the cd with the hp basic driver downloaded from the official site.
Without any change. On the laptop used by the wife, the same scanner works normally with the hp basic
driver and the windows scan application. This tells me that the scanner is hardware correct.
Once again, I would very much like to ask for help that would solve this problem

I tried scanning with NAPS2 - with HP Scanjet 200 TWAIN reports an error,
while with Scanjet 200 WIA driver it scans with lines.
I also get the scan shown in the picture using VueScan x64, as well as Windows scan
