Product: hp scanjet 4670
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The photo says it all - anyone know what is wrong and how to fix it - product hpscanjet4670 - has been a brilliant scanner until yesterday 😞  ( think it could be the cable )

Fixed. Engineer opened the hood and tweaked a few things and she is good to go again ! 🙂 Happy days ! After doing online search for a scanner that is to her equal was non existant. Using windows 10 and old software, all seems to function easily, did lose OCR ability but can use one note in combination and that works fine.
