WIA refers to the Windows Image Acquisition service which is part of the printer driver software. It looks like the driver support for this device has been retired. You can try removing and re-adding the device:

Remove HP Scanjet 200

  1. Press Windows + I to open Settings.

  2. Go to Bluetooth & devices → Printers & scanners.

  3. Scroll down and find HP Scanjet 200 (may appear as Scanner).

  4. Click it → select Remove → confirm.

  5. Disconnect the scanner’s USB cable.

  6. Restart your PC.

Add HP Scanjet 200

  1. Connect the USB cable from the Scanjet 200 to your PC.

  2. Go to Settings → Bluetooth & devices → Printers & scanners.

  3. Click Add device.

  4. Wait for Windows to detect HP Scanjet 200.

  5. Select it to complete installation.
