hi all

i cant scaning in lan from my all in one device and from program i got this error in device manager requires a computer restart when you restart the same error appearshp610.jpg

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

 

Are you able to make Photocopies? If Photocopies work fine uninstall and reinstall the printer drivers from root level and download the full feature software again

 

1.) In Windows, search for and open Programs and features 
2.) Select your HP Printer 
3.) Select Uninstall 
4.) In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers 
5.) In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose ‘Delete’ or ‘Remove Device’ 
6.) Open up the run command with the “Windows key + R” key combo.
7.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”) 
8.) Click on the “Drivers” tab 
9.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom 
10.) Select Ok 
11.) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows 
12.) Close Devices and Printers
13.) Restart the computer and download the Full Feature Software from Here and follow the onscreen Instructions

your recommendations didn’t help.

The printer is connected directly to WiFi via a router.

When you try to install on another computer that is connected via LAN and does not have a direct connection with the printer, there is no way to connect the printer other than connecting via a direct IP address.

With this connection, no HP programs work.

This is what I have in the diagnostic verification program when connecting through a direct IP address.

In this case, the printer that determines the program cannot be connected.

Although a third-party program sees the printer without any problems, both the scanner and the printer.

HP Smart Tank 610 is wireless capable. Let us connect the printer wirelessly to the PC.

On the printer screen, go to Setup > Network setup > Restore network settings

Go back to Network setup > Wireless > Wireless setup wizard and choose your network, enter the wireless password.

 

Once the printer is connected, Click here to download the HP Full-featured driver.

Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.

Try printing and scanning.
