Product: HP Officejet 4500 Wireless All-in-One Printer - G510n

Bonjour tout le monde, 

j'ai un problème coriace avec mon imprimante HP Officejet 4500 g510n-z.  A chaque fois que je veux imprimer, mon document reste dans la file d'attente même si il a été imprimé correctement.  J'ai vraiment essayé tous les trucs que j'ai pu trouver sur internet, soit: éteindre mon imprimante, éteindre mon ordinateur, supprimer mon périphérique et le réinstaller, arrêter le spouler d'impression et le redémarrer ...................... il faut que je passe toujours avec Print et Scan doctor.

Une idée avant que je le passe par la fenêtre ?????  J'AI VRAIMENT BESOIN D'AIDE !!!!!
