Good evening. I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 8710. I am making a copy of a document, and I'd like to enlarge the copy. How do I access the settings to enlarge the copies? Thank you.

Hi,

Please try from printer control panel

1. Touch Copy,

2, Touch Settings (icon at the bottom left),

3. Touch Resize (you have move down 1 screen),

4. Slect (in %) enlatge or reduce (over 100% for enlarge),

5. Touch Return (curly arrow),

6. Touch Black or Color to xopy.

Regards.

Thanks for your suggestion. It was very close - and it gave me some ideas I had not tried before. Here's what I actually had to do:

  1. Click Copy.
  2. Click Document.
  3. Click the Settings Gear (bottom left hand corner of the screen).
  4. Touch Resize.
  5. Touch Custom.
  6. Touch the percent value.
  7. Touch Done.
  8. Touch Return (curly arrow).
  9. Touch Start Color.

I follow all of these instructions, but I get a blank page.  I'm wondering if it is the "return" button after I've set the percent value (although I don't see any other option).  Any ideas.

I have no icon in the bottom left part of the HP 8710 screen.  All I have on my printer is the right-bending Arrow which leads me back to the original screen.  Thank you.

Thank you.  This is the one that worked for me.  I got hung up on the lack of the settings gear at bottom left on screen.  You have to click on Copy - Document  before you see that gear.
