One of our Scanjet N6350 does not always re-connect to the installed USB driver. I wonder if a firmware update would help. Can somebody point me to the latest N6350 firmware. The HP support page is rather empty.

This is an old product.
There has never been an FW update.

Thanks, I know the N6350 is quite old, but still going strong here ...
You say never upgraded?
The N6350 working without problem has Firmware 6350_2.2.0.0 and Firmware Network 1.28.4.0 the other N6350 making problems I have yet to check.

Anybody has this firmware or later available?
