Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
MY SCANNER WILL NOT CONNECT TO THE INTERNET. THE BLUE LIGHT ON THE FRONT INDICATES IT IS CONNECTED BUT WHEN I PRESS "SCAN" THE MESSAGE COMES BACK ''THERE WAS A PROBLEM CONNETING TO THE SERVER"
I'VE TRIED IT 25 TIMES

To assist better-
- Are you trying to scan to email or scan to computer?
- Is the printer connected to a home or public network?
- Are you trying to scan using HP Smart, HP Scan, or from the front panel?
