printer name: HP deskjet 2721e. My compu works with windows11. I have the message via my compu that the printer is installed on my compu. However I cannot use scanning, this does not work. I have no connection between my compu and my printer.

there is no solution of my problem. I have phone the service dept. of HP however the communication was not clear and the problem is still not solved.
