I have gone through your Post and would like to help

 

Are you able to make photocopies?

 

Please lift the scanner glass cover and hit the copy button to check if the scanner bulb is physically moving

 

Also ensure the printer has the latest Firmware. You can refer to this Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168
