I have the same problem and these solutions didn't work for mine. Please do know that the printer is Off. It is not and cannot be turned on, thus, it doesn't display which inkhead is diagnosed with any problem. HP does not own Xerox machine. Are you talking about Photocopy function on your HP printer ? What is it ?

Hi,

From your picture I can see the printer is on but with a Black cartridge problem, may you see any difference if removing the black ink cartridge from the printer?
