Me and my wife both are using same printer on two different computers with the same OS. She has the option to use mobile fax but I dont. Its not available in personalized tiles. We were trying to troubleshoot but without much succes.

@David1275, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding mobile fax issue!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
I can imagine how strange it must feel — you’re staring at the same printer, same OS, yet your wife sees that shiny Mobile Fax tile while it’s simply missing on your screen. Let’s walk through a few things that can help bring it back:
Update the HP Smart app
Make sure you’re running the latest version of HP Smart on your computer. Sometimes the tile hides if the app isn’t fully up to date.
Check region/account settings
Mobile Fax isn’t available in every country. Ensure your HP account region matches the one where the feature is supported. You can check this by signing into hpconnected.com.
Sign out/sign back in
In HP Smart, sign out of your HP account and sign back in. This refresh often nudges the missing tile into place.
Re-add the printer
Remove your printer from HP Smart and then add it again. This forces the app to re-sync available features.
Windows Store reset (if on Windows)
If you’re using Windows, reset the HP Smart app via Settings > Apps > HP Smart > Advanced Options > Reset. Then relaunch and check again.a
Hope this helps!
Take care, and have an amazing day!
