I have a couple of items that are running well on an XP laptop but I want to move them both over to a newer laptop.
I have a HP Laserjet 1300 and a HP Scanjet 3400C but I can't seem to find any drivers that will do the trick
I realise that the printer and scanner are both fairly old, but they both work well and fit into the desk space that i have.

The Laptop is a HP Notebook - 15-bs506na running Window 10 Home.

Hope that someone can help. Thanks.

I checked driver availability for both devices: the HP LaserJet 1300 does not have an HP‑issued Windows 10 driver, but it is supported through Microsoft’s built‑in and Update Catalog drivers, and it typically works on Windows 10 using the HP LaserJet 1300 / PCL5 or PCL6 compatible driver via Windows Update or manual install from the Microsoft Update Catalog; you can add this by going to Devices and Printers > Add printer > The printer that I want isn’t listed > Add a local or network printer manually, then select HP → HP LaserJet 1300 Series or allow Windows Update to populate the list. The HP Scanjet 3400C, however, is officially not supported on Windows 10 and HP only provides drivers up to Windows XP, with no compatible Windows 10 driver available; troubleshooting options are limited to checking Windows Update for a basic WIA driver, trying legacy XP drivers in compatibility mode, or using third‑party scanning software, otherwise the scanner will need to remain on the XP system or be replaced.
