Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide. I have been through all HP's internet self helps, and tools to no avail. I have not made it my primary printer because I have a laser printer for that purpose.

This looks like a hardware issue. 

 

However, Download and run this app to automatically fix a wide range of printer-specific issues. Print and Scan Doctor
