privacy issue: how to send fax-journal history to pc from my 2 defect HP5610 printers (cannot print)

Final page of "fax journal history "needs to be printed, my 2 identical HP printers not repairable and cannot print out themselves. I need the  information in the final journal page with the 30 sent faxes if still in the memory after 2 years of un-use: dates and receiver faxnumbers, no.of pages sent, I need to print this through the computer: HOW?  before I can take them to "product or garbage recycling" .
