Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I tried all solutions proposed in the discussion : I have tried a power reset on the printer, I have updated all drivers, I have reset printing system... and it's still not working.

What could I do ???

HP 6500AMac OS 10.15.7 .. Same error code. I use an ethernet wired connection. Print function works fine.
