I'd like to use the app "HP Easy Scan" with my new computer. I works well in my older compute but in the new computer this app doesn't recognise the printer/scan. I have the app "HP Smart", but I'd prefer to use the "HP Easy Scan" app because it's easier, has presets with all the options I needed. The new app, "HP Smart" is dumb!

HP Smart App Considerations: While you prefer "HP Easy Scan", if compatibility is an issue, consider giving HP Smart another try. This app has various features, and you might find that it offers similar functionalities once you explore its settings and options.

Reinstallation: Try uninstalling and reinstalling "HP Easy Scan" on the new computer to ensure there are no installation errors.
