im getting "Scan Unsuccessful" - The connection to the computer has been lost. - The Scan application on the computer is currently in use - An OCR application is not installed on the computer. I've done what i've seen online. I've disconnected the power for more than 60 seconds. i've restarted the computer and printer. i've gone to " c:\\Program Files (x86)\\HP\\digital imaging\\bin" that the virtual assistant told me to go to but it couldnt find "digital imaging". i've even reset the printer to factory settings" Cold reset" and im still having problems. i have ethernet plugged in but even then it says not connected. only by usb is it saying its connected. i can print fine. i just cant scan anything to the computer.
