Alternatively, you can download HP Smart from the Microsoft Store. For more information on how to set up your printer using the HP Smart app, go to HP printer setup (HP Smart app).

May I have the exact product name and number? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

 

About fax/scan, try using HP smart app.

I have a Photosmart D110 printer and it states that HP Smart cannot find my printer even though when I get the HP Smart screen it shows the printer.  IS HP Smart not compatible with my printer?

Thanks for your reply. If it is not allowing you to use HP smart, Try using HP Scan and Capture App

If that does not work either, then this might require one on one interaction to fix the issue.

So I guess HP Smart is not compatible with all HP products.  That's a shame.  Anyway, HP Scan Extended does let me scan, but has limited options.  Will use that until that is no longer working.  Thanks for your help.
