Maybe I did not make myself clear. The only file types offered for scanning a document are PDF or JPEG. The option you are showing me is for images. Is this how I scan as a word doc?

Thanks

I have checked with the concerned team and you will  not be able to save your scanned files as Word doc. You need to save it as PDF and this is as per the App design. If you need word doc format then you need to use 3rd party tools to convert those pdf files to word docs.

Thank you
