Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:
- Solution one: Use genuine HP cartridges
- Solution two: Allow the All-in-One to rest
- Solution three: Check the paper
- Solution four: Check the print settings
- Solution five: Check ink levels, and then replace low or empty cartridges
- Solution six: Print and evaluate a Print Quality Diagnostic report and troubleshoot any defects.
