Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My office jet 6812 will print but not scan. Scan doctor has been running for three hours. Progress bar has stayed  the same, although is says it is scanning. Should it take this long? Also, I cannot bring up the Print, Scan, Tools, page. Have the latest drivers installed. Help

You need to abort it. The Print and Scan doctor takes only a minute to run.

Cannot abort!  Will NOT close down!  Will not get off my task bar!

Well open the Task Manager and End the Process.  Or reboot the computer.
