Product: Deskjet 2620
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP (64-bit)

The Deskjet 2620 I have is supposed to support scanning in PNG format, but all the options I ever get are PDF and JPEG.  How can I scan in a PNG format.

Hi,

from the printer software click on Scan a Document or Photo and select Everyday Scan, then PNG will become available within the File Type drop down menu.
