scan multipage with deskjet 4535

Hi,
I recently purchased HP4535 deskjet  printer. I'am not able to scan multipage document into one SINGLE PDF file. i use MAC and the product is not listed  on tour website.

Welcome to the HP Forums. I would be happy to help you with your HP Deskjet 4535 Printer. I understand that you want to scan multiple pages into one PDF file and you have already done some preliminary troubleshooting. 

Don't worry though as I have a few steps to determine the issue and find a solution as well,

• Double click printer icon on desktop,
• Select Scan a Document or Photo,
• Put the first page on the glass (face down),
• Check options (size, dpi ...), and select Scan document to file,
• Click Scan - machine will scan the first page
• Remove the first page on the glass, put the second page,
• Click + (plus sign) It sits on the left-hand side of a red x
• Machine will scan the second page, put 3rd page on the glass and click + again ..... to the end then click Save
• Click Done after Save

I am trying to scan pdf with my inkjet 4535 but a dialogue box comes up saying that the windows cant load your scan profile and settings may not be compatible. 

The scan is set as photo and won't change to document. I really need to be able to scan to pdf. 

Please help.
