Hi @Dili1,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To scan multiple pages into a single document on your HP Envy Inspire Series 7200e printer using a Mac, you can follow these general steps. Keep in mind that specific steps might vary slightly based on your printer model and the version of macOS you're using.
Place the pages in the scanner: Load the pages you want to scan into the document feeder or on the scanner glass of your HP Envy Inspire Series 7200e printer.
Open HP Easy Scan:
- If you don't have the HP Easy Scan application installed, you can download it from the App Store.
- Once installed, open HP Easy Scan from your Applications folder or by searching for it using Spotlight (Cmd + Space, then type "HP Easy Scan").
Select your printer:
- In HP Easy Scan, make sure your HP Envy Inspire Series 7200e printer is selected. If not, choose it from the scanner drop-down menu.
Configure scan settings:
- Set the desired scan settings such as color mode, resolution, and file type. You may also want to select the option for scanning multiple pages into a single document.
Preview the first page:
- Click on the "Preview" button in HP Easy Scan to preview the first page. Adjust any settings if necessary.
Scan additional pages:
- After previewing the first page, place the next page on the scanner and click the "Add Page" or "Scan Next" button in HP Easy Scan to scan additional pages. Repeat this process for each page.
Save the document:
- Once you've scanned all the pages, click on the "Done" or "Finish" button in HP Easy Scan.
- Save the scanned document to your preferred location on your Mac.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
