how do I scan multiple pages into a single document using my hp envy 6155e

Welcome to the HP English Community --

You will need "an app for that" that you install on your supported device (computer, tablet, phone).

HP Smart can be installed on a supported Operating System / version.

The HP Smart app can scan a single page at a time and use an "Add page" option to include additional pages that will be made part of the final document.

HP Scan can be installed on a supported version of Windows.  The software can help make multiple page documents slightly less trouble to scan using the Page Sides = "2-sided (Manual)" setting and / or the More > Destination > File Type.

Mostly, as you know, it's a matter of scanning one page at a time, removing the scanned page, then adding the next page before ending the task ("Done").
