problem to save a scan in one drive sub folder. It can only be save on the hightest folder level, else it creates an error, when defining a short cut. is this known?

I believe it should work.

When creating the Shortcut to Save to OneDrive, look for the tiny pencil icon to edit / add the sub-folder.

HP App Windows and Cloud Shortcuts

When moving over to HP App (Windows) from HP Smart, remember that the Shortcuts you have for Cloud destinations must be checked before use.

 

For example, to Create / Edit any Shortcut, it will be necessary that you sign into the Cloud account (for example, your OneDrive account).  Next, accept the request for HP Smart / HP App to have permission to the Drive.  Finally, Select to stay signed in.  After the initial sign-in , select to Cancel your Shortcut edit / setup and back out of the Shortcuts Tile.  Re-enter the Shortcuts Tiles, select Edit, and select your Shortcut -- make any changes and Save.
