Product: HP officejet 6962

my scan to email app quit working. 

everytime i try to scan to email it comes up with a (serever problem ) saying

"the priter could not connect to web services. the server might be busy or temporarily unavailable. try again later. "

 

this has been going on for two weeks now PLEASE HELP!

This is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that you are unable to scan to email using the app. I would like to help you resolve this issue. 

 

Uninstall and reinstall the app.

Click here and refer the document to know how to use the app and install it.

i do not have the app on my phone it is the apps on the officejet itsself that are not working.

I appreciate your time and effort.

I understand the issue better.

 

Restart the computer, printer, and router.

Turn on Web Services from the Embedded Web Server (EWS).

Check the Internet proxy server settings.

Update the printer firmware.

Update the router firmware.

 

Click here and refer the document to perform the above steps.
