seeing an influx of this issue across the forum - is there a way HP can notify that the service is down to customers that are using this product? when can we expect this to be resolved?

Thanks for replying.
Is the size of the attachment less than 5 MB or more?
Also, try scanning to a different device and check.
Let me know.
Thanks!

Thanks for posting on the HP Support Forums. MKazi is at your service.
I understand that when you use the scan to email feature on your HP Photosmart 7520 e-All-in-One Printer, there is no attachment received with the email. Not to worry, I'll be glad to assist you with this case.
To assist you better, please let me know the operating system you're using (Mac OS or Windows).
Also, if any changes took place after which this issue may have started?
Is the scanning or document otherwise is working fine?
What is the size of the file you're trying to scan?
Is the printer able to scan to email another document?
Please feel free to reply with the above information as it will help me to assist you better.
Cheers! 🙂

It's a single page 8.5 x 11
I tried to reset the device and same issue but there have been no other changes.
Has the issue been resolved at HP yet?

I have used scan to email for years and no problems. Recently I had a power outage and now, when we scan to email the printer finds the app, scans the documents and acts like it sent the email. 24 hours later no emails are received.
I am able to send print jobs to the machine, I unplugged and restarted, I turned wifi off and turn it back on with no issues.
Any ideas ?
