When scanning to email, printer says "server does not support secure connection"
on the EWS all settings are correct for the SMTP server. It also worked before. Just all of a sudden it doesn't work anymore
error message in EWS is "Secure connection (SSL or TLS) failed. Check your settings and try again."
Already restored printer to factory settings and tried all over again. It still doesn't work.
The SMTP settings are the same for other devices, and they all are working fine...

Hope you are well, you may try the following step, from the EWS once you go to the scan to email profile and edit it, please check for the Always use secure connection (SSL/TLS). if its checked, please uncheck it and test it, or if it was not checked, check it and test the scan to email profile.
