I'm trying to scan to email from HP officejet 250 and says username/PIN incorrect. PIN should work & username has not changed. Is there a way to find out that info to make sure? Should I reset printer and how. So I have to scan to my laptop to send via email.
Thanks

Hi,
Press the HP ePrint button or icon
on the printer and select Settings or the gear icon, then select Remove Web Services and confirm any prompt.
Next. open the Apps menu and select Scan to Email, then follow the steps to reconfigure the app,
Note: provide your personal email once prompt to while reconfiguring the app, then a PIN code will be sent to your email.
