I am trying to use the software to scan a pdf to email and it give me an error message that there is no email client installed.  am using Office 365 - outlook 2019 as my email client

Hi,

When you right-click any file on your desktop and select Send To > Mail Recipient, does it open a New Message dialog with the file attached or may you see any other behavior?

 

Please let me know, to better understand if your mail software / operating system response as expected.
