Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

Scan to Email is a feature that is available on some HP Printer's control panel.  However, that requires some setup to be done before it can be used. What's the HP printer model in question?

the models we have are :

HP Office jet Pro  9720e &b 9730e

 

both have been set up correctly on HP smart and wifi connections all done never had this issues with other HP printers
