The scan to email feature is not working anymore and always tells me incorrect credentials.
I already tried a factory reset and turning off & on the printer webservices.
Tried many different smtp credentials created in AWS SES with the server email-smtp.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com.
We used this feature like that since one year. and in January it stopped working.
Maybe this is a CA Certificate support problem? Not sure. But i doubt that this is a configuration issue on our side.

Why would you talk about cloud storage when this is not relevant at all. if you read my case, i am talking about AWS SES.
There is no 2step verification.
It would be really helpful when people try to understand the issue first before posting random answers. Would keep the thread quality high 🙂
Also, smtp creds are working with other clients too. it's the HP Printer!
