Product: HP ScanJet Pro 3000 s4 Sheet-feed Scanner

it seems this has been a problem for a couple of years, does anyone have a solution for usb device not recognized. I've tried everything on hp's support page and youtube. 

this is only a problem with windows 11, windows 10  works as it should,  it appears to be a win11 driver issue but there is not an updated driver for win11
