When scanning a blank page on the flatbed, there is an image on top 1-1/2" of paper that looks like a reflection of the internal parts. It also displaces the scanned image 1-1/2" down and off the page. This doesn't occur when using the ADFThis is the image at top of page

Hi I would like to assist to the best of my ability to solve your problem.I hope the information i supply will be of help.
As soon as the image is released for viewing i will attend to your problem.In the mean time can you tell if there is any dirty image on the bottom of the glass.This might be in the form of dust or even like a smoke effect under the glass.I will look out for the post.

Because some information is critical i will post a private message to U.Once you receive the Private message just open the envelope icon next to your profile log on and follow the steps.Good Day.I think that your scanner has lost its home position settings.I did send you a private message on the reset.Hope this will help.
