I have a 12 page document.  After scanning the whole document via the feeder the scanner preview isn't showing me more than two pages of scanned document.  It reports 2/2 pages. It seems like the printer "times out" during large document scans. Is this possible? How do I get it to record and save all 12 pages?

I'd like to help!

 

I understand that you are facing issues with scanning multiple pages. 

 

In fact, the HP software is able to scan multiple pages to a PDF using both the Scan Glass as well as the ADF.

 

Can you download and install the FULL feature printer software from HP for your operating system:

You may also download and install an HP scan and doctor for further assistance. Click here
