Are you trying to scan to email from the printer screen?
- Kindly try to login to the webmail and check if the credentials you are using are correct. Do not use autofill.
- Check if you are able to send and receive emails.
- Do you have a Google account?
- Have you setup two-factor authentication on the account?

- Obtain the IP address of the printer – You can touch the “wireless” icon on the printer control panel to obtain the IP address.
- Type the IP address at the top of your web browser to obtain the printer EWS page on your computer.
- If you get any security notification, click on show details/advanced and 'proceed to this website'.
- Check if you are able to access the scan settings.
If this page is locked, we have to perform a factory reset on the printer.
