Product: HP ENVY 5530 e-All-in-One Printer series

when i try to scan a document , it turns it sideways, scans it sideways & can only be viewde that way. is there a setting on the printer to change this?

Is your original portrait or landscape ? Is it a pdf file ? You can rotate 180 degree

Hi @jljohnson,

 

Thanks for using the HP Forums.  Apologies for jumping in here.

 

If you are using the HP FULL feature software, you can rotate the image before saving,
