HI, my Photosmart 5520 worked fine till yesterday. Now when I try to scan e-mail it displays: error connection server: 403.
I can normally print from pc on wireless; my router is Vodafon Revolution; I've reset the printer and I've set the wireless connection again. The printer is connected with a regular IP address but it don't scan on e-mail. Can you help me to fix the problem? Thanks very much. Leonardo50
