Scanning to computer produces docs with verticle blue lines.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

Can you try this:  

 

HP AiO Printers : Resolving Vertical lines or bands on copied or scanned document

 

If after cleaning and you still see the line, try a copy job.

 

If both copy and scan is seeing the same thing, chances are the scanner is defective,
