Hello, @acsalem – Hope you are well 🙂
Thank you for becoming an HP Forum member. It is a dynamite location to get help from the community, get suggestions and find what has worked for others.
Going through your post, I understand that you need to send the scan directly to the recipients. You can easily do this by using the “Scan to Email” feature on your Envy printer. You can accomplish this following the steps mentioned below:
- Make sure the printer in question is connected to the wireless network. If the printer is not connected already follow the steps here: http://hp.care/2eo3eie
- Now, make sure the full feature printer drivers are installed. If not done already, click http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/COL47810/mp-115828-6/EN5530_198.exe to install the drivers.
- Now setup the scan to email feature. Go to http://hp.care/2bE9aOG and follow the steps under “Scan directly to email (network connections only)”
Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance.
Good luck 🙂
