There is no mention of a Scan to Computer feature for this model series.
Scan to Computer is a form of a Digital Send feature.
Conversely, if you are able to use a computer running a supported version of Windows, both the full solution driver and the HP Universal Scan Software are available. Either of these should likely work in either a Wireless or USB connected environment.
The locations to which you can scan and save content on your computer are controlled by your Windows environment. For example, you might scan and save content to a local folder or perhaps even a shared folder on your network.
Should you wish to scan and email the scanned content, both HP Scan (part of the full driver) and HP Universal Scan Software require that you first add your sender's address to the Outlook app.

The HP App is also available for supported Windows and select mobile devices. HP App can scan and save (or share to email) content in PDF or Photo / Image format.

Printer - Full Solution / Full Driver Software
The full driver provides access to the full range of printer features and supports printing from other software (for example, Word).
Reinstalling?
- Uninstall existing full driver printer software from Programs and Features.
- After the software is uninstalled, Restart the computer and sign in

Should you find uninstalling the printer software from Programs and Features too cumbersome, you may uninstall the full driver from Settings → Apps → Installed Apps → Search for the full driver, for example, a driver including "Envy 6132" or "Envy 6100" in the name. After the software is uninstalled, Restart the computer and sign in

The Offline Use Only, Print and Scan Driver, or similarly named installation web packs can be used in either a network‑connected or USB‑connected environment.
The name of the installation file depends on the printer model and the type of packaging.
This method includes the printer software in the installation package; hence the much larger file size.
You need not answer questions about which driver or type of printer software to select and install.
Using USB?
Be sure to unplug the USB cable between the printer and the computer before loading the software.
Re-connect the USB cable when instructed to do so, generally near the end of the successful installation of the printer software.

Separately -- Supported on this printer and Windows 11
Installation of the HP Universal Scan Software adds an "HP Scan" self-named shortcut icon to the Desktop.
NOTE
If you have installed the full driver printer software,

If the HP Scan that is installed is the "new format" (larger GUI and new layout),
Then
In general, you perhaps do not need to install HP Universal Scan -- the version of HP Scan that installs with the software for this printer is a functional match to the HP Universal Software.
That said, if you can't stand it for any reason, the system will tolerate installing both the full driver and the HP Universal Scan software.

- HP Smart -- the application for used for scan, print, shortcuts, and mobile fax, is now parked inside of the HP App Printer section.
