This is still not working.
When installing the software it complains that both that fax cannot communicate with network or scanner.
Print works fine.
Again, I am not on USB connection. I'm on network connection.

Hello,
I have been working with my HP Envy for hours today after installing windows 10..
I have the 8600 HP printer all is in perfect working order with the exception of it will not print any documents. I am connected wirelessly and the scanner works perfectly. It will print diagnotics but when I ask it to print a pdf or a email a word doc. nothing...PLEASE HELP ME before I lose it!
All drivers and software are up to date as much as they possibly can be.
Thank you for any help and advice.

I had similar issues with my HP 8600 Printer after installing Windows 10. I resolved my problems by logging onto the HP website and downloading the Downdload and Assistant Software. I then used this software to upload the driver for my HP Officejet Pro 8600 Printer. The specific model of your 8600 is inside the cover door where you replace ink cartridges, and on the back of your printer. I think that once you have uploaded your driver software, all will work correctly. Best of luck. Denyart

I can not get it to print anything else pictures, no documents very big problem. Excel says one error message that there's not enough memory or the connection is bad which neither make since. I have the newest driver installed so what else can I do here?
Thank you again..

Well I tried uninstalling/re-installing about 10 times and still the same problem. Fortunately I still have a Windows 7 machine that works so I guess I will wait until HP figures it out and posts a solution. I've spent too much time on this already.

Hey Guys,
Weird ok on my office computer which is a I7 older version I had it restart 4 times fixing beginning errors and outlook did not need attention like the ENVY HP touch screen Laptop that had windows 7 on it...The same exact 8600 printer works too and its wireless so what the heck..I spent all day trying to fix bugs on that laptop and its newer very frustrating. It still does not print anything I ask it to other than something from the printer setting options. Does anyone know what to do with the non print function? Disabled printer and went to printer spool just try that and restart did not work after enabling printer.
Thank you in advance for comments and suggestions.

OK, this is weird. Works fine on My HP G62-143CL Notebook but not on my HP Pavilion p7-1267cb. Everything here is HP product. I'm now running Windows 10 on both and connected to same network 8600 printer running 64 bit.
Maybe I can look at the driver details and figure out what the issue is from there.

It appears that my non-working system has a driver called HP Officejet Pro 8600 Class Driver, where the working one does not have that driver loaded. Maybe I should remove it on the non-working system?

On the one I have where all is working correctly Apple I7 with bootcamp which allows me to run microsoft programs.
Driver: HP Officejet Pro 8600
port: CN27JBR09905KD a HP re-discovery port monitor
Sharing off
(when I loaded windows 10 I did not update anything any drivers nor update on the HP print doctor as it was not necessary)
