Product: HP LaserJet Pro MFP M426dw

I have had he printer in use for just 1 aqnd a half year. Last week it stopped scanning. Telling me that there isn't a connection between the printer and the computer.  I need help!

I no longer have a format on my computer screen to allow me to scan from my printer to my computer. They will charge you if you call HP; no free advice there. LeRoy7
