Hp community I need your help please!!

I am trying to scan multiple documents into one file. They scan but create individual files on the email for each scanned page.

What do I do?

I place the pages in the automatic feeder and as they scan they create individual files under my scanned documents. How do I make ONE file with the multiple pages that I scanned so I can email one file instead of emailing each individual page file

Please help!

@DeeDee88, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I understand you would like to scan multiple pages into one single document. This can be done if you save the scanned pages as a PDF file.

Which app are you using to scan?

For more info, refer to this document - How to scan with an HP printer

Click on > Scan with an HP printer (Windows, Mac) > Save a scan as a single or multi-page PDF (Windows, Mac)

I hope that answers your concern adequately. Let me know!
