Scan (one page at a time) and save in the computer as a PDF file,
Print the PDF document with more than one page on each sheet of paper.
One of the methods to print more than one page on a sheet of paper: Adobe Reader DC (PDF reader / printing software)
Adobe Reader DC – Install Whether You Use It or Not
If you have not done so,
Reinstall / Update your PDF Reader (Adobe Reader DC /Optional Foxit Reader)
HINT: Watch out for and UNCHECK unwanted extra software
NOTE: Adobe Reader DC software can be installed even if you do not normally open / view / print PDF files directly from the Adobe Reader DC software.
Open the PDF document in Adobe Reader DC
Click the Printer icon
Set the Sheets per page to the number you want
Set the other options
Click into Properties to set the paper size and media type,
Click OK to save those changes and exit the Properties menu
When ready, Click Print.

Hi Dragon, and thank you for answering,
On a previous printer (Samsung) I use to have SMAR TRHU OFFICE, after each scan a pop up window asked if I liked to print another page..and so on.
But on this HP I have to use his own software, it does not seems to carry such an option, unless when the option: "SEPARATE PAGES INTO MULTIPLES DOCS." and then 2 options: " "AFTER EACH BLANK PAGE" or " PAGES PER DOC" on wich you have to drop down a menu choosing n° of pages you want. But I'm not sure is the right one.
Is that symilar the one you are referring to?
As an alternative I have installed FOXIT reader.
Thanks again.

Edits - Add example for HP Smart Scan Document
You are welcome.
I've never even seen a Samsung printer. Smiling.
Foxit reader works very much like the Adobe Reader DC PDF reader.
Both can print finished PDF documents.
Scanning Multiple Pages into one document is very much different from printing multiple pages of a file onto one sheet of paper.
I may not understand what you are doing.
One more try...
If you want to SCAN multiple pages into one document,
Use HP Scan / Printer full driver software,
OR
Use HP Smart for Windows application.

Two choices for printer software
1. Full Solution software includes HP Scan
Method - Use the Easy Start Wrapper to Install the Full Feature / Full Driver Software
For printers that support the option,
Use the Easy Start wrapper to install and configure the printer software.
- Home Page - HP Easy Start
- Open Category Software and Drivers
- Topic: Software-Utility
- Download-and-Save the current version of the Easy Start wrapper to install your print software
- If using USB: Disconnect the USB cable between the printer and computer before installing the software.
- Right-Click on the downloaded package and "Run as Administrator" to start the installation
- Select to install the “Full Driver” / “Full Feature Software”
- If using USB: Connect the cable when instructed to do so (near the end of the installation process).
- After the software is installed, Restart the computer and log in.
Notes >> Easy Start... The Journey
- About 2/3 of the way through the setup, you will be given the opportunity to select the software - select the "Full Driver" set (as opposed to the basic driver).
- You can skip / ignore suggestion(s) that you add the HP Account – you’ll need the account at some point, for now, you can skip this suggestion (as many times as it insists it’s a good idea) during the full driver software installation.
- If you see it, you can skip / ignore suggestion(s) regarding Instant Ink subscription. Instant Ink subscription is NOT mandatory.
- Full driver provides print and scan functions supported by your printer.

OK Thanks Dragon, I tried to do that, but it just print very reduced in size , the page i need to scan.
What I need is to scan a document formed by the 5 sheets of A4 pages( that I already have in my hands, therefore I don't need to print again), to be scrolled by the receiver up/down so he can read all 5 pages.
It seems so easy to understand as it was on the SANSUNG printer and SMAR TRHU OFFICE software to scan.
I can't believe I have to dispose in the garbage this brand new and not functional HP printer and buy a SAMSUNG again.
Thanks again

I think the printer is fine - I don't have any idea what you are doing to cause the content to scan in "very reduced size".
The only thing I can think of is that your printer won't scan A4 size paper from the ADF. ?
It is likely not the printer,
I do think I finally understand what you are trying to do:
Scan a A4 size document with multiple pages
Save document / Mail document to recipient
I think that I don't know enough about your situation / printer to properly answer the question.
I shall withdraw.
Start a new thread, ask your question so another Expert can answer.
Stay Safe.
