I need help turning off two sided copying using the inetrface on the printer. I am not having printer problesm but cpying problems. If I print two pages of two originals, the printer wants to grab the firstcopied page and pull iut into the printer to copy the second page. I want to turn this feature off and I will turn it on when needed. Thanks.

Hi,
Thanks for using the HP Forums.
From your printer front panel > Copy > Copy Settings (Gear icon)
Under Copy Settings, make sure that your 2-sided copy is set to "1:1".
Hope that helps!

On my printer, it is set to 1-1 but still says two sided in front of that. On my computer when I print, the box that says 2-sided is always checked. How do I set it so it is always unchecked until I want to check it?
